Meet the crew! Back in the counties these boys sailed a fishing vessel known as the Caedere! but in Nowhere the Caedere has them strung up in her masts awaiting the time where they are of use to it! the orange eyes scattered on them along with their ocean themed appearance shows they are from the vessel and by extension the lighthouse!
